Alfa Romeo presents the 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo, inspired by the 1967 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, a legendary mid-engined sports car from the Italian brand.
“Since its launch in 2014, the 4C has become an iconic Alfa Romeo vehicle, enthralling enthusiasts around the world and spearheading the brand’s return to North America,” said Tim Kuniskis, Global Head of Alfa Romeo . “The 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo is a modern Alfa Romeo classic that will deliver the baton to the next generation of the brand’s iconic vehicles, including the Tonale PHEV crossover, which will begin production next year.”
The 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo is painted Rosso Villa d’Este, a unique three-coat red exterior color, and comes equipped with 18 “front and 19” gray five-slot design alloy wheels. “the rear, as well as sports seats in composite materials covered in Dinamica black suede and tobacco-colored leather. It also has exclusive plates in relevant places in the cabin, such as the instrument panel, the door trims and on the center console, in the latter, progressively numbered.
Buyers will receive an exclusive book with the corresponding unit number, bound in Dinamica suede and designed by Centro Stile, which explains the aesthetic concept, technology and materials used in the 4C and takes a journey through the history of the legendary 33 Stradale.
The sporty pedigree of the 4C is evident in its state-of-the-art Formula 1-inspired carbon fiber monocoque chassis, which is featured for the first time in striking transparent red. Furthermore, most of the 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo equipment, optional on the conventional model, now comes standard, including Akrapovic centrally located dual exhaust system, competition suspension, bi-xenon headlights, battery charger, protective cover, suede and leather seats with carbon fiber trim, rear spoiler and mirror caps with the Italian flag. A similarly equipped 4C Spider would be priced higher by several thousand dollars.
Completing the refined exterior treatment are new “Centro Stile Alfa Romeo” badging and optional piano black front air intakes, as well as a rear diffuser.
Only 33 units of this limited edition 4C Spider will be produced for North America.
