A teamwork between Sant’Agata Bolognese and Lamborghini Squadra Corse, resulted in a model of madness at the level of design and performance, called “Lamborghini SC20”. The sports car arrives as the second one-off of Motorsport.
A few months ago the Italian company presented a prototype that was in the testing period at Monza, and which revealed the Lamborguini Squadra Corse stamp . Now, the firm has revealed its new protagonist, the SC20 .
That said, the new Lamborghini SC20 is a spectacular one-off and the successor to the SC18 Alston. It should be remembered that this model was the first one-off of the Motorsport department, being in turn a hypervitaminated Aventador.
Now, it is a convertible version without a windshield, being considered as a track barchetta approved for road use. It should be noted that its design was inspired by successful models such as the Diablo VT Roadster, Aventador J, Veneno Roadster and Concept S.
Thus, this model will have a sharp , hand-smoothed and polished carbon fiber body with a marked prominence for aerodynamics. In addition, it will have a huge front splitter framed by two fins and the air intakes on its hood, similar to those of the Huracán GT3 EVO.
As for its rear, it will include a large carbon spoiler adjustable in three positions for a low, medium or high load. In addition, the model will have several shades : Fu White, created for the user, a Blu Cerberus livery, which will be present inside along with the Nero Cosmus and Leda White colors, with Alcantara upholstery.
Similarly, the upholstery will have high amounts of carbon fiber , which will be present in the cabin or aluminum for the door handles. The sports car will enjoy the open air, without a roof or a windshield.
As for powertrain options, the SC20 will include a naturally aspirated 6.4-liter V12 engine , capable of delivering 770 hp and 720 Nm of torque. This power will be transmitted to all four wheels, equipped with Pirelli PZero Corsa tires and 20 and 21-inch aluminum wheels, allowing you to get the most out of the track.
It is important to mention that it is a unique model, because it was commissioned by a mysterious client with enough money to create a “made to measure” Lamborghini.
