The Chinese brand vivo has announced a collaboration agreement with the German optics company Zeiss for the development of the camera for its next ‘smartphone’, which will be presented on December 29.
Carl Zeiss AG, branded as ZEISS, is a German manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics, founded in Jena, Germany in 1846 by optician Carl Zeiss.
Vivo presented in June the first mobile with a ‘gimbal’ in the camera, X50 Pro. This element, dedicated to stabilization, will be present in the next family of ‘smartphones’ of the brand, the X60 series.
As Vivo has reported in its profile on Weibo, this ‘smartphone’ will work with the Exynos 1080 processor – from Samsung, 5 nanometers – and will have a 2.0 night function in the camera.The camera will have a multiple system with three brand lenses Zeiss, located in a rectangular module at the back.
The image shared by vivo shows that the X60 series will be available in three colors, two of them iridescent, and the presentation is confirmed to be on December 29.
