BEIJING (Reuters) – China is preparing to exchange data and samples collected by the Chang’e 5 probe during its recent moon trip, based on international cooperation conventions, the deputy head of the country’s space agency said on Thursday.

Wu Yanhua, deputy head of the China National Space Administration, told a press conference that the lunar samples would be primarily used for scientific research.
