WASHINGTON (Reuters), United States In a phone call on Tuesday, President Joe Biden and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi addressed recent rocket attacks against Iraqi and coalition forces and decided that those responsible “must be fully held accountable,” the White House said.

Most attacks do not cause any casualties, but on Monday, the latest rocket attack in Iraq was the third in just over a week to strike areas of the Green Zone that host U.S. soldiers, diplomats or contractors.
Typically, the rockets in these attacks are fired by groups that U.S. and Iraqi officials say are supported by Iran.
