IStar Financial Inc. (STAR) posted a loss in its fourth quarter of $13.2 million on Tuesday.
The New York based company said it had a loss of 26 cents on a per-share basis. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 15 cents per share.
In the era, the commercial real estate financing company reported $146 million in revenue.
The company posted a $42.4 million loss for the year, or 87 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the year. The income was recorded as 530.9 million dollars.
Since the beginning of the year, IStar shares have risen 14 percent. In the last 12 months, the stock has risen 5.5 percent.
