Korean Air Lines Co Ltd said it would follow the instructions of the competent authorities on any measures for its Boeing 777 jets, a spokeswoman for Korean Air said on Monday.
This was after Boeing proposed halting the use of the jets with the form of engine that shed debris over Denver on the weekend, after further checks were announced by U.S. regulators and Japan suspended their use until further action was taken.
The airline changed its position to state earlier that it intended to ground six of the jets that were in service.
The spokeswoman said Korean Air had 16 of the planes, with 10 of them being processed.
