The granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, stood up to a troll that dared to attack her mother, Shweta Bachchan, out of the blue, and that, too, on a post she shared for women’s empowerment, growing up around powerful “working women,” in particular. Navya Naveli Nanda did one better, while easy to ignore the comment, by not only giving a fitting response, but also naming and shaming the troll by posting a screenshot of their comments to each other along with a small note on her Instagram story, where she succinctly highlighted why a homemaker’s position should never be devalued.
She’s an artist, a blogger, a designer, a wife and a mother,” the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan responded, sticking up for her mummy, after which she wrote on Instagram, “It’s a full-time job to be a mother and a wife.
