New WWE Champion The Miz made history at Sunday’s WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view with his Money In the Bank cash-in on Drew McIntyre.
The Miz became not only a two-time WWE Champion, but also the first-ever two-time Grand Slam Champion in the history of the company.
As a two-time Grand Slam Champion, several superstars are close to joining Miz. One more United States title win away from joining the elite club is WWE Hall of Famer Edge and Seth Rollins, while Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston are a second WWE title win away from the accomplishment.
Sunday’s win also marked The A-second Lister’s successful Money In the Bank cash-in, coming more than 10 years since he cashed in on the November 22, 2019 RAW to win the WWE Title from Randy Orton.
The Miz is also an eight-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, an eight-time Tag Tea Champion, and a two-time WWE United States Champion.
As seen below, after his major win, Miz took to Instagram and posted, ‘You deserve it! [Emojis clapping x 5]’
Miz also posted a slow-motion look at his arrival at RAW tonight, where he will open the show with a special edition of MizTV’s WWE Title celebration. That video featuring “Hate Me Now” by Puff Daddy and Nas can be seen below.
