On Thursday morning, Antoine Griezmann became a father for the third time when his wife Erika Choperena gave birth to Alba.
Surprisingly, all three of their children were born on April 8, with Mia being the first to arrive in 2016 and Amaro arriving three years later on the same day.
“Today marks two and five years since you arrived,” wrote Choperena on social media to wish her kids happy birthday.
“You revolutionised our world and made us grow, learn and be better.
“Mum and dad can’t be prouder of what you have made us build. We love you infinitely, crazily and freely.”
Griezmann, meanwhile, missed Barcelona’s training session on Thursday in order to be present at the birth of his third child.
On Friday, one day before the Clasico against Real Madrid, the Frenchman will train with the rest of his teammates.
