“He should do his laundry right on your abs!” – Simone Biles is gaining notoriety for her rock-hard six-pack. The 24-year-old gymnast was all abs in an Instagram post straight from the sands two days ago, with the muscles almost overtaking the couple’s show. She is currently on vacation in Miami with NFL player boyfriend Jonathan Owens. On Monday, Simone updated her 3.9 million Instagram followers, posting from a sheltered couch gazebo, flaunting her romance and emphasizing her cheese-grater abs. Take a look at the video below.

Ab-Solutely Fabulous

Scroll down to see the frame. Simone, who ate a ham, bacon, and eggs breakfast with jam on toast last year, was demonstrating that calories don’t stick to her waistline. The 30-time World and Olympic medalist, who now works for food delivery service Uber Eats, was spotted on Jonathan’s lap, wearing a bikini and looking stunning as the two sat between cushioned sofas and plants.

All smiles in shades and wearing monogrammed sandals, the Ohio native and her boyfriend came with a caption: “With you is where I want to be,” Simone wrote.

“AAAAABDOMINALS,” one fan quickly replied. A like also came in from fellow gymnast, 31-year-old former Olympian Nastia Liukin. Others, meanwhile, commented on the adorable couple, a firm favorite on Instagram ever since they went public last year. See more photos after the shot.

Simone Talks Food

Simone opened up to Women’s Health in 2020, discussing both the Uber Eats company she represents and what she eats for herself, as well as her attitude. “I don’t keep track of anything,” she said. “Since I’m still at the gym, I eat what makes me feel good and try not to overeat or stuff myself.”

“For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should.”
