Chelsea Houska had shared her former daughter Aubree, who made her leave ‘Teen Mom 2’ and ‘leave this chapter of my life.’
Teen Mom 2 MTV came back on Tuesday May 4 for season 11, but it was less than a familiar face. Chelsea Houska is gone and now she reveals why her sweet MTV paycheck is gone by. While the 29-year-old and husband Cole DeBoer has built a pretty nice business empire with all things from beans, sunglasses, wallpaper design and painting bags, Chelsea ultimately failed to share the private preteen moments of Aubree Lind’s 11-year-old child with the world.
“There just came a point—and I think it was a buildup almost—this feeling in my gut, or my heart, I guess. It just didn’t feel like I was supposed to be on that show anymore,” Chelsea shared with E! News. “There were conversations that [my daughter] Aubree and I were having from time to time, and there came a point where I was just worried because I don’t want her to ever be like, she can’t tell me things because it’s going to be aired to millions of people or whatever.”
Aubrée is Chelsea’s first born, and she saw that she had Adam Lind with a then high-school friend during MTV’s 16th and Pregnant. Four Chelsea’s mother said that she didn’t want her daughter to wave into MTV’s airwaves with a private drama with her dad. “When she was small, it was from my point of view the stuff which happened to her dad and stuff, and when she grew older it started to come from her point of view. That’s worth being private to her, I think. That was what pushed me to finally decide to leave that chapter of life,” explained Chelsea.
In her life after 16 and Pregnant Chelsea had one of the happiest of all afternoons. Cole and the couple wed on 1 Oct 1 2016 in their native South Dakota. They met the love of their lives (and total hunk!). Three lovely kids, with Watson’s son, 4, and Layne’s daughters, 2, and Walker’s three months, were received by them. Cole and Chelsea built their magnificent dream home last year and have grown into a couple of home-designed DIY experts.
The fiery red head says it would never television the way things happened with Aubree to her younger kids. So Chelsea says, “I always say that I would not return to anything certain about personal lives of my kids. When we consider a return to Teen Mom 2, we will never go home. I don’t believe I can.” But she adds, “If it happens, I think I won’t say no, if anything is light-hearted and fun.”
Fans can still follow Chelsea’s life through her Instagram posts alongside Cole’s IG account, which he loves to share photos and rigorous fitness routines of a couple’s lovely children. And the two IG downhomeboers have a pair, which enables fans to watch and view their own product lines as a couple’s fantastic decorative and design ideas. Watch Chip, Joanna Gaines, Cole and Chelsea swap their lives from HGTV to MTV with their success rate.
