Travis Kelce, a Tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, Mocks his Beardless Appearance

Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has a swagger and confidence that has helped him become a standout in the NFL.

The All-Pro pass-most catcher’s recent attention-getting act has efficiently caught the attention of his many fans on social media. Kelce began the week with a new look, as he arrived at Missouri Western State University’s training camp without his trademark facial hair.

He was celebrating “Mustache Mondays” a week ago after shaving his beard to a mustache. Kelce chose to complete the deed and go with the shaven face appearance after the Chiefs’ preseason victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

Kelce’s lack of facial hair drew the attention of reporters in camp right away. As he strolled past fans Monday morning, the 31-year-old tight end could be heard muttering, “I forgot to put it on.”

The surprising reveal didn’t get a positive reaction as many preferred his bearded appearance.

In response to the reactions on social media, Kelce decided to draw a fake beard over one of his new photos to give his fans back a sense of normalcy. The hilarious photo was trending late Monday night but still got the seal of approval from girlfriend Kayla Nicole.
